Assistance, input, and advice to support yours or your leader team’s progress in a specific problem area, work situation or development project. Change of direction
When the overall direction and priorities changes, it will also entail a need for a strategy change. This, may include both internal operations & structures and relationships with the external environment. Themes in a transformation process are "as is" and "to be" scenarios - a gap analysis between the current situation and the future vision, followed by an execution plan. The analysis and dialogue with management and relevant people in or outside the organization, as well as an action plan, is provided by Garre Transformation.
Organizational design
A well-functioning organizational design consists of a structure which defines roles, responsibilities and references, central workflows and the desired behavior. Proposals for organizational design and development over a given period based on the existing organization and the company's strategic goals is provided.
The analysis may include analyzing challenges and opportunities, as well as proposals for optimizing the governance structure and processes according to the company’s strategic priorities. The approach encompasses alternatives, including outsourcing and partnership models. These perspectives are included in an action-oriented recommendation, ensuring a holistic and forward-thinking approach.
About
As a senior executive with plus 35 years in private and public enterprises I have spent most of my career in life science - setting and executing strategies, leading people and change. My leadership experiences come from both large pharma and smaller biotech industries, as well as the Danish health care sector. I have been heading different R&D functions, and operational organizations, from discovery through all stages of development to drug approval - and participated in executing due diligence, asset, and company sale processes. During my tenue in healthcare, I was leading a change and merger process as well as an implementation of lean principles.
My passion
I focus on identifying strategic and operational opportunities in a given organizational framework. Supervising the strategy execution and value creation in collaboration with the management team. I’m striving to develop leadership teams and structures, encouraging an agile behavior, decision making competences and effective implementation of initiatives. I have a passion for people and organizational dynamics, a collaborative approach and a focus on transparent communication and trust.
